You can top up directly with your debit/credit card.
If you top up XINPAY using, credit/debit card there will be a 2.7% transaction fee.
To add/delete your credit/debit card from XINDOTS, go to the side bar menu and tap on XINPAY.
To add your card, tap Add and fill in your card details.
To remove your card, tap your card under “Payment Method” and tap Delete.
If you underpaid the hawker, simply select Pay under your e-wallet for the merchant to deduct the remaining amount. If you overpaid the hawker, request a cash refund from the hawker. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at help@xindots.com. All cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
We encourage users to upload reviews onto our app after enjoying their meals. The reviews can only be given by customers. We do not hide or delete content unless proven to be inappropriate or spam.

After payment is made, the estimated time to prepare the food will be shown on the receipt. Once the food is ready, we will send a push notification and sms to your phone.
The acceptance of your order depends on whether they are able to meet your needs at your stipulated time. In the event they can’t, the hawker can choose to reject your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund promo codes that have been used. As users have to manually select the promo code, it will be regarded that users wish to apply the promo code for that particular order.
At the Login page, select forgot password and enter your mobile number or email address. We will send you a OTP for verification and reset your password. Please change your password immediately after logging in.
