HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Select Register Account, fill in the details or log in with Facebook and you are set to go.
HOW DO REVIEWS WORK?
We encourage users to upload reviews onto our app after enjoying their meals. The reviews can only be given by customers. We do not hide or delete content unless proven to be inappropriate or spam.
CAN I REMOVE / EDIT A REVIEW?
Yes you can. After publishing, you can edit/remove it by tapping on your review and select options to remove or modify your review.
CAN I USE XINDOTS OVERSEAS?
Currently, we only work with merchants in Singapore and only approve registrations using Singapore numbers. Having said that, you may still use the app to browse through the savoury flavours of our city while being abroad.
WHERE CAN I USE XINPAY?
You can use XINPAY at our participating hawkers in Singapore. Check out our partners in our XINPAY Partner icon in your mobile application.
HOW DO I TOP-UP WITH XINPAY?
You can top up directly with your debit/credit card.
HOW DO I PAY WITH XINPAY?
At the top right corner of your Dashboard, select Wallet. Hit Pay to make payment. Simply flash your designated QR code to merchants to pay. Alternatively, choose Xinpay at the checkout page.
WHAT CARDS CAN I USE WITH XINPAY?
All major credit cards are accepted.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS WRONGLY CHARGED OR HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY TRANSACTION?
If you underpaid the hawker, simply select Pay under your e-wallet for the merchant to deduct the remaining amount. If you overpaid the hawker, request a cash refund from the hawker. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at email@example.com. All cases will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
CAN I WITHDRAW MY BALANCE IN XINPAY WALLET?
Yes. Users are able to withdraw the amount of credits inside XINPAY wallet. However, this does not apply to voucher discounts credits given.
WHAT IS MY MAXIMUM XINPAY WALLET LIMIT?
XINPAY wallet holds a maximum of S$499.00
I HAVE UNWARRANTED TRANSACTIONS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For unwarranted transactions, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
HOW DO I DELETE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FROM XINDOTS?
To delete your credit/debit card from XINDOTS, go to the side bar menu, tab on XINPAY, select Credit/Debit card under Payment Method, select the card that you wish you delete and tap on Delete.
IS THERE ANY TRANSACTION CHARGES THAT I SHOULD KNOW OF?
If you top up XINPAY using, credit/debit card there will be a 2.7% transaction fee.
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TOP-UPS? TOP-UPS FOR OTHER APPLICATIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
2.7% transaction fee is conservancy fee charged by the banks. Since the wallet balance is withdrawable, the charge is incurred to prevent users from abusing it.
WHY AM I GETTING A MESSAGE THAT A HAWKER REJECTED MY ORDER?
The acceptance of your order depends on whether they are able to meet your needs at your stipulated time. In the event they can’t, the hawker can choose to reject your order.
HOW CAN I KNOW MY FOOD IS READY?
After payment is made, the estimated time to prepare the food will be shown on the receipt. Once the food is ready, we will send a push notification and sms to your phone.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY PROMO CODES?
You can find your promotions in the “Promotion” tab on the sidebar
I ACCIDENTALLY USED A PROMO CODE/VOUCHER. CAN I REFUND IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund promo codes that have been used. As users have to manually select the promo code, it will be regarded that users wish to apply the promo code for that particular order.
I ORDERED MY FOOD BY ACCIDENT. CAN I CANCEL IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once the order is placed.
I AM MISSING AN ADD-ON ITEM.
As we are unable to verify any missing add-on on our system, do head back to the stall and clarify with the merchant. Please do check your order first before leaving!
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET IT?
At the Login page, select forgot password and enter your mobile number or email address. We will send you a OTP for verification and reset your password. Please change your password immediately after logging in.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
To change password, go to settings, select Change Password. Key in your old password followed by your new password and hit Save.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
To delete your account, email us at email@example.com.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS FIND MY STALL ON THE APP?
A QR code will be displayed at your outlet for users to scan and be directed to your menu page to make order. Alternatively, they can search for your stall’s name using the search bar at the Dashboard.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
THERE ARE TOO MANY ORDERS FOR ME TO HANDLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can reject the orders from the app itself. A notification would be sent to the customer to notify the customers.
HOW DO I RECEIVE PAYMENT?
When customers place an order, they can make payment at checkout. Payment will be automatically credited to your Wallet. Alternatively, you can scan customers’ XINPAY wallet to collect payment. Customers can access their wallet’s QR code by tapping on the wallet on the top right corner in their Dashboard and hit Pay.
HOW DO WE KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION IS UNSUCCESSFUL?
Merchant app will prompt the notification in real time during the transaction.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW THE BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT?
You can cash out your earnings on the same day by withdrawing from your wallet.
ARE WE ABLE TO TURN OFF THE MERCHANT POS IF WE HAVE SOLD OUT OR CLOSE FOR THE DAY?
Yes. Merchants are able to select close store in the app or amend the product availability.
